Our client is one of the world’s leading laboratory and Pharmaceutical Equipment Providers and actively shaping dynamic, innovative and high-growth markets. The Company earned Sales Revenue of more than 1,4 Billion euros in 2017 and employs more than 7.500 People at the manufacturing and Sales sites, serving customers around the globe. For the German maket in NRW (Nordrhein-Westfahlen) we are looking for a sales expert with fluent Dutch and English knowledge, written and spoken. You are working from your Home Office and reporting to the Sales Manager Central Europe.

Your responsibilities: 

  • Serving existing customer relationships and gaining new customers in industry and academic institutions
  • Sales of products to laboratory customers, mainly from the pharmaceutical and technological industries
  • Understand customer’s processes and offer the best technical and economical solution in close cooperation with Product Specialists
  • Achieve annual sales targets, develop a long-term pipeline for the company and help expanding the brand value
  • Plan, organize and schedule customer visits for an effective account coverage
  • Actively cooperate with individuals within other teams in a matrix sales organization to achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate in promotion events such as exhibitions, fairs, customer events etc.
  • Proactive use of sales tools and reporting systems


Your qualifications:  

  • University degree in life sciences, biology, chemistry, biochemistry and/or PTA, BTA, CTA – apprenticeship
  • First experience in sales and good knowledge of the sales process for consumables and capital goods would be an asset
  • High work motivation and sales-oriented appearance
  • Team worker and a high level of commitment combined with very good communication and networking skills
  • Target and customer-oriented thinking and acting
  • Strong identification with the core values: sustainability, openness, enjoyment
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • German Knowledge advantageous
  • Willingness to travel and live in proximity to customers, Homebased
